1Membership & Registration Requirements

To register and use the OJA89 platform, you must meet all of the following requirements without exception:

• Be at least 18 years old on the date of registration.
• Register under your own name only — registering on behalf of another person is not permitted.
• Only one account per individual, per IP address, and per device is permitted.
• Provide accurate, truthful, and complete information during registration, including your full name, phone number, and a valid email address.
• Never previously banned or suspended from OJA89 for violations of its terms.

Oja89 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time to confirm that registration details are valid and accurate. Failure to provide the requested documents within the specified timeframe may result in temporary suspension or account closure.

Registration using false information, another person's identity, or deceptive methods is a serious violation that will result in immediate account closure and potential legal action under applicable provisions.

2Account, Password & Security

You are fully responsible for the security of your oja89 account login credentials, including your username and password. OJA89 strongly recommends that you:

• Use a strong, unique password that is not used on any other platform.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) via your account security settings.
• Do not share your login credentials with anyone — including family members or friends.
• Ensure you fully log out after every session, especially on shared devices.
• Contact the oja89 support team immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation.

Oja89 shall not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account due to your own negligence in safeguarding your login credentials.

Identity verification (KYC) is mandatory before the first withdrawal is processed. Accepted documents include MyKad, a valid Malaysian passport, or other official identity documents. 3Deposit & Withdrawal

6Wagering Limits & Game Rules

• Wagering limits may vary by game type, player category, and VIP status.
• Oja89 reserves the right to adjust wagering limits at any time based on operational and compliance requirements.

If an account is closed due to a terms violation, oja89 reserves the right to withhold any remaining balance pending further investigation. If an account is closed at the player's own request with no violations, the remaining balance will be processed for withdrawal once all conditions are met.

8OJA89 Liability Limits

Oja89 strives to ensure the platform operates smoothly and securely at all times. However, oja89 shall not be liable for:

• Losses arising from technical disruptions, server failures, or internet connectivity issues beyond OJA89's control.
• Losses resulting from unauthorised access to a player's account due to the player's own negligence.
• Indirect, consequential, or punitive losses under any circumstances.
• Actions or omissions by third parties, including payment providers, banks, or game providers.

The maximum total liability of OJA89 to any player under any circumstances shall not exceed the amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the claim.

9Terms and Conditions Amendment

Oja89 reserves the right to modify, add, or remove any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice, except for major amendments which require at least 7 days' notice to players.

10Applicable Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws applicable to oja89's licensed operations. Any dispute arising from the use of the oja89 platform must first be resolved through our official customer support channels.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct discussion, it will be referred to a mutually agreed arbitration body. Both parties agree to be bound by the arbitration decision.

Any application for an injunction or interim relief may be made in any court of competent jurisdiction, without prejudice to the arbitration rights set out above.

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, all remaining provisions of this document shall continue in full force and effect.
